NCC Level 6 Diploma in Business Strategy Overview:

The NCC Level 6 Diploma in Business Strategy and Management is the third year of the NCC Education pathway. The qualification is equivalent to the final year of a Business degree qualification in the UK university system.


This qualification exposes students to advanced topics in a range of areas including business strategy, marketing, decision-making and management. A balance of academic and vocational subjects equips students with the necessary knowledge and skills required to play a significant role in a business organisation and / or to progress on to further study.

 

NCC Level 6 Diploma in Business Strategy Entry Requirements:


For entry onto the NCC Education L6DBSM qualification students must have at least one of the following:

  • NCC Education Level 5 Diploma in Business (L5DB)
    OR
  • A local or international qualification which is deemed to be of a similar level to the NCC Education L5DB qualification. This must be agreed with NCC Education in advance.

If a potential student whose first language is not English, they will need to obtain a valid score of 5.5 or above in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination or equivalent. Alternatively, take the free NCC Education English Placement Test, which is administered by our Accredited Partner Centres.

Level 5 Diploma in Business

Course Title: NCC Level 5 Diploma in Business (L5DB)

Duration:

  • Full-time: 1 year

Programme Overview: The NCC Education Level 5 Diploma in Business (L5DB) builds upon the knowledge gained during the NCC Education Level 4 Diploma in Business (L4DB). This qualification exposes students to more advanced topics in various areas, including economics, marketing, finance, and management. A balance of academic and vocational subjects equips students with the necessary knowledge and skills required to play a significant role in a business organization.

Entry Requirements: For entry onto the NCC Education L5DB qualification, students must have at least one of the following:

  • NCC Education Level 4 Diploma in Business (L4DB).

Assessment Strategy:

  • The assessment includes coursework assignments and examinations.

Programme Overview:

The Level 4 Diploma in Business (L4DB) is the first year of the NCC Education degree journey, equivalent to the first year of a Business degree qualification in the UK university system. This qualification introduces students to the diverse aspects of international business, combining both academic and vocational elements to provide a comprehensive understanding of essential business knowledge and skills.

The program is designed to prepare students for entry into the NCC Education Level 5 Diploma in Business, the second year of many UK university business degree courses, or a career in the business industry.

Entry Requirements:

To enroll in the NCC Education L4DB course, students must have at least one of the following:

  • NCC Education Level 3 International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies (L3IFDHES)
  • NCC Education Level 3 Diploma in Business (L3DB)
  • An international qualification deemed equivalent to the NCC Education L3IFDHES, subject to approval by NCC Education
  • One GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent, or an appropriate School Leavers’ certificate of a similar level

English Language Requirements:

If a student’s first language is not English, they must meet one of the following requirements:

  • A minimum score of 5.5 in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS)
  • GCE ‘O’ Level English C6

Alternatively, students can take the free NCC Education Higher English Placement Test at one of the Accredited Partner Centres.

Mature applicants with two years of relevant work experience and a GCE ‘O’ Level / IGCSE English and Maths or equivalent may also be considered for entry.
